Author Topic : Indian food is too spicy for international taste
Raj Kiran Indians are present all over the world and this has made for indian restaurants to go international. But the food taste is too spicy to appeal to other nationals. Like Chinese food it should be adapted to international likings. Otherwise like in all other fields, India will loose to China in restaurant also.
